They dry quickly after use, making them less susceptible to mold and easy to clean. ② Enjoy the subtle aroma of cedar wood! While not as strong as smoked wood chips, this is a great way to enjoy a natural flavor! *The lid and shelves are made of bamboo.

[For a variety of steamed dishes] Not only is it great for steaming vegetables, meat, fish, etc., but it's also recommended for warming up cold rice, meat buns, and shumai. Enjoy a variety of dishes with your imagination! [Healthy Steaming] Steaming is healthy cooking, and the cooking method preserves the natural flavor of ingredients without losing their nutrients. Cooking without oil keeps calories low and removes excess fat from meat, resulting in a healthier result. [Paper (special paper for steamers)] This prevents food juices from directly contacting the inner bottom of the steamer, preventing stains caused by placing the steamer directly on the surface. (Note: This does not completely prevent stains.) The steamer paper has been certified in accordance with Japan's Food Sanitation Act by the Tokyo Keibo Institute Food and Environmental Science Center Toyosu Laboratory, and has been issued a Certificate of Imported Food Testing (Token Shokuhatsu No. 0062207-0057), ensuring safe and reliable use.
[Steamer Instructions] 1. Before using a new steamer, soak it in water for 10-15 minutes and then gently wash it with a dishwashing sponge. It is best not to use detergent, but if you are concerned, you can wash it with diluted dishwashing detergent to prevent foaming. 2. Fill a pot with plenty of water and allow the steamer to dry steam. The abundant steam will moisten the steamer and allow the steamer's components to blend together. 3. To use, place the wet steamer basket on a pot of hot water, then add the ingredients and cover. When using a gas stove, medium to slightly higher heat is best, not high. Adjust the heat while watching the amount of steam coming out of the lid. For induction stoves, voltage specifications vary, so please refer to the gas flame specifications above. 4. The time it takes to steam ingredients varies depending on the type of ingredient, so occasionally poke a bamboo skewer into them to check the doneness. Place ingredients that take a long time to steam, or ingredients other than vegetables, on the bottom rack, and ingredients that cook easily on the top rack. For ingredients that take longer to cook, we recommend switching the top and bottom racks halfway through.
