I've left it charging for over an hour. It doesn't show any sign of charging (it should show a light on top) and it won't turn on.. The charger has no problems whatsoever, as it works without any problems on another mobile phone (as shown in the video).

The phone stopped working right after I finished setting it up. I'm frustrated because I'm left without a means of communication again. 130 euros for a defective device and unable to contact customer service, what a disappointment!
