From order to delivery it took the usual 3 weeks. Many thanks to the sales partner, to JOOM and to the delivery person! The remover looks high quality and has a sturdy wooden handle. One star deducted for the insufficient tracking information. After the information that the item arrived in the target country almost 2 weeks ago, there was no further information when it was expected to be delivered. Otherwise, I am very satisfied. The article still has to be tested. ... After several uses, I have to say that I am still very satisfied.

Totally dangerous. I tore a number of seams on a chair. Maybe it's the handling or the part. In any case, the sharp edges tear everything open. Would like to see how the wool sweater pictured looks like after use. I had imagined it completely differently. Probably only suitable for totally smooth fabrics. And then I can just vacuum the hair. At least nothing breaks.

Awesome part. Works as in the description and in the pictures. However, it should not be used on fine fabrics, otherwise fibers will be torn out of the garment. It is best to place the fabric on a hard surface or pull the garment over a cardboard box.

Very good product I am very satisfied with it although it came late at least it arrived , it made my coat like new as it was wool and it had bobbles everywhere I thought I would have to send it to dry cleaners but this did the job perfect I do t normally comment but I had to with this and only 4 €
