A. The B+COM PLAY does not have intercom calling functionality. By attaching a microphone, you can make hands-free calls using a mobile phone or other device. This product is not designed for intercom-to-intercom calls, such as with a universal connection, and we do not recommend using it as an intercom, as call quality may be affected depending on the connected device. --------------- Q. Can I use smartphone calling apps with the B+COM PLAY?
A. By attaching a microphone to the B+COM PLAY, you can make hands-free calls using the original phone app on your smartphone or mobile phone. Free calling apps such as "LINE" may result in inferior call quality or unstable connections compared to original phone calls depending on the smartphone or app's OS, version, and specifications. Therefore, we cannot guarantee compatibility with these apps. --------------- Q. Can I connect two Bluetooth devices with A2DP communication to the B+COM PLAY?
A. The B+COM PLAY can connect two devices simultaneously. When two devices are connected, the "Device Interrupt Assist" function prioritizes audio output from Device 2. *Please note that if you connect a transmitter or Yupiteru navigation/radar device that constantly transmits audio packets via Bluetooth to Device 2, you will not be able to hear the audio connected to Device 1. --------------- Q.
