На свой 40 размер, заказывала 41, по таблице - 25.1–25,5 мм, на самом деле 26,3 см, подойдёт на высокий подъём, хотя вначале казалось, что нога не влезет , но... сбоку молния. Доставка в Ленинградскую область месяц. Всё отлично, спасибо большое всему персоналу. The shoes fully match the photo!The shoes are gorgeous!!!But the declared size chart does not match. For my size 40, I ordered 41, according to the table - 25.1–25.5 mm, actually 26.3 cm, suitable for a high rise, although at first it seemed that the leg would not fit, but... side zipper. The boots are beautifully made. The leather quality is excellent. The promised plush lining is present. They look just like the picture. The size is a little smaller than expected – I wear a 36-37, so I ordered a size up so I could wear thicker socks for late fall. But the size turned out to be a tad off. Also, the left boot is a size (or at least half a size) smaller than the right. I know shoemakers often do this because most right-handed people have slightly larger right feet. But that's not the case for me, and I'll have to break in the left boot. Regardless, I didn't return this pair. I'll keep wearing these boots. They're great!

Beautiful shoes! They are like a work of art, with those pretty heels and gorgeous floral print. They appear to be comfy too with those cushioned soles, but that i will truly be able to decide after i try my actual size. I am sad though, because according to the size chart i got myself a size 38...but it's too big. I should've bought this pair at least in my usual size, wich is 37 (my foot's lenghth is of 23.5cm), or even 36. So now i have to return this beautiful pair of shoes to get them in the right size. Also they came in about 2 weeks time, and i had all the information about the package's status.

The shoes are good quality but too small. I have tried continuously via 24-hour support (poor & just goes around - no human contact or tel no) to return them, but there is only a return label if faulty. I have stated numerous times I Will PAY for their return but need the address to send them to. (The address should be supplied in the package). I am still awaiting the correct address to return them, too. I initially intended to get the next size up, but given the lack of customer service, I have decided otherwise. Please supply the address ASAP.

In England I wear a size 7s or 40s I ordered a size larger but when receive them they are to small in length. I emailed for a refund then had to take photos of shoe showing the problem (to small)?. It was rejected as no problem if it had been agreed it's about £15 to return. Never use this site again.

Very beautiful. I ordered one size larger; (39 = 40) it fit me, but even so, they're tight l. i need only a little more, and they will be perfect. The advantage is that they are leather; until spring, I will rub them with sanitary alcohol I hope that they will loosen. They are slip- one

I ordered these shoes size 42/8s but when I tried them on they were to small and no way were they a 42/8s Tried to get a refund but they declined as not enough information what do they want they don’t FIT. May have to go through my Visa account. The shoes are great if they fitted.

Though the quality is good there's still a sizing problem. I purchased one size up still it's too tightly. So for this particularly pair of shoes needs TWO sizes up. But I don't want spend extra £12 for another experiment. Disappointed Delivery 18 days from China ☆ UK
