NEW 925 Sterling Silver Bracelets Vintage Side Chain for Men Women Exquisite Student Girlfriend Jewelry Accessories Wedding Gift

I ordered a 22 cm bracelet, but received an 18 cm one. There's no hallmark - it feels like it's just iron. I applied for a refund because the amount is not small. Now there's a problem with customer support - it feels like I've been blocked so they don't return the money. I don't recommend anyone to buy valuable items on the website - they won't return the money.
