Size M seems to correspond to size L/XL and the baby carrier has no support whatsoever on the inside, it's just completely open. And you also can't get your money back if you indicate that it's not what you wanted... they make it so difficult for you. I also didn't have a return address, which meant I couldn't return anything myself right away, and if you then first have a consultation, you're too late for that, because they say you have to send it back within two weeks of receiving it.. I feel scammed and have no intention of ever ordering from Joom again.
