Usage Instructions:
First, lift the coupling connecting the motor and the smashing rod so that it can remove the mashing rod, take out the mashing cup, add the mashed material and solution to the mashing cup, and put the cup as it is and Stick (the lower end of the rod is aligned with the shaft) and close the lid.
Look at the timer knob, turn it in the ON (normally open) position or the time position you want to specify, turn the speed control knob counterclockwise to the lowest position, and then connect Turn on the power, turn on the power switch, the indicator light is on, then turn the speed control knob clockwise to the speed you need, and mix it evenly. It can be used at medium and low speed. When plant mashing, high speed and high speed smash should be used.
If there is noise, when replacing the solution, repeat the above operation after turning off the power.
Precautions:
* This machine uses a three-eye safety socket, and must be connected to the ground before use.
* The machine should be placed on a flat surface to prevent vibration during operation.
* When crushing at high speed, use the hand to hold the lid. When the shaft is sliding up and down, it is difficult to inject one or two drops of oil to lubricate it.
* It is forbidden to crush bones, hard materials such as mineral sands
* This machine adopts series-excited motor. Its carbon brush is generally used for about 500 hours. It should be replaced in time to avoid the phenomenon that the commutator is worn after the carbon brush is polished.
* After the machine is finished, the cup should be washed upside down and placed in a dry and ventilated place.
