Directions:
Hold the cap in place with your hand and turn the nozzle from left to right. The pump will rise. (If it doesn't, tighten the cap properly and turn it again.)
Pump several times until the contents come out.
Dispense the contents onto your palm and spread it evenly throughout your hair, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm or cold water.
