✅ How to Use 1. Wear the enclosed cape and gloves, then apply the ampoule generously to damaged mid-lengths/ends. 2. Apply the 1st cream 1–1.5cm away from the scalp, avoiding skin and hairline; process — Healthy: 15–20min / Damaged-dyed: 5–10min. 3. Check softening by stretching 2–3 strands; when ready, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water (no shampoo) and dry completely. 4. Flat-iron in 1–2cm sections with light passes — Healthy: 180°C. / Damaged: 160–170°C. 5. Apply the 2nd neutralizer in the same amount, leave 7 minutes, then rinse well; finish with rinse/treatment and blow-dry straight.
