I am a size 5 i ordered size 5/6 38/39 and slightly small but wouldn't go another size bigger as it will be a big risk 😅 otherwise delivery was within the date offered at the date i placed the order
These are, surprisingly, narrower, than my other models.
True to size. Not black but a dark grey
Dear Joom customer service, I am contacting you regarding an order placed on January 28th, corresponding to a pair of Adidas clogs in size 39.. Order 6748733V was delivered on February 6th, after a considerable waiting period. However, upon receiving it, I have verified that an error was made on your part, as the product sent corresponds to size 36, which is completely incorrect and unusable.. This error has caused me clear harm, since: I have waited more than a week to receive the product. The item received cannot be used. I am forced to further delay its use due to a failure that is not my fault. For all these reasons, I request: The immediate shipment of the Adidas clogs in the correct size (39), at no additional cost to me. Clear and simple instructions for returning the incorrect product, also at no cost. Some type of compensation for the inconvenience caused and the delay, whether in the form of a partial refund, a discount coupon, or an equivalent solution. I would appreciate a quick response, as the accumulated delay is being excessive. I await your confirmation and a solution as soon as possible. Sincerely, Ana Leiva
Unfortunately, the address label did not say Ban Sabai Massage but Wolfgang Erich. Therefore, the shipment was not delivered. I then followed the delivery person and was able to receive the shipment. If I specifically provide the name Ban Sabai Massage, why is it not used? They now wanted to return the package to the sender.
I am very disappointed I had a very big size defect on my pair of crocs. The left one my foot doesn't fit it comes out whereas the right one is perfect. I am angry I waited a long time and in the end I don't have what I want
Perfectly packaged, they are the beautiful Crocs bae bedazzled bows clog, authentic just as I wanted them! They arrived almost on the last estimated day for shipping, but without any problems.
DO NOT BUY!!! Ordered lilac glitter ones, received basic barbie pink ones. Non-existent customer service. Terrible experience. DO NOT BUY!!!
