SERE (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, Escape) is the name of a training program developed by the US Air Force during the Vietnam War to teach pilots how to respond in the event of a crash. It was later expanded to include Special Forces, general soldiers, civilian employees, and PMCs. The SERE pouch is made of durable 500D Cordura nylon.
