NOW® Whey Protein is a delicious blend of high-quality whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate. This specially processed whey protein blend is formulated to maximize amino acid absorption and biological value (BV). Typically containing over 5,000mg of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) per scoop, this blend also includes glutamine (420mg per serving).
Whey protein has the highest biological value (BV) of any protein source and contains more essential amino acids than beef, milk, casein, or soy.
Directions
Add 1 scoop daily to 8 oz of cold water, milk, or your favorite beverage. Stir or blend.
