I received the 2024 Ford Mustang model that I ordered from Joom, but I have noticed an issue with the product. The product description on Joom clearly states that the car has LED lights and engine sound and is battery-powered. However, the model I received does not appear to have a battery compartment, and I cannot activate the lights or sound. The bottom of the car is marked with the model number KT5455. I have checked the car carefully, but I cannot find where the batteries should be installed. Could you please confirm whether I received the correct model? If this model is supposed to have lights and sound, please explain where the batteries are located, what type of batteries are required, and how to activate these functions. If the product I received is different from the one advertised, I would like a replacement or a refund. I would greatly appreciate an urgent response, as this item is intended as a gift and I need to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I can provide photos of the car and its underside if needed. Came with dirt and other trash on it. Extremely disappointed. Its not alloy, the sound is broken, there are no openable doors, which makes sense since its an openwheeler, but those are still mentioned in the screenshots. Full of bullshit. It doesn't have pullback nor leds either.

Arrived but had a small minor scratch on the front of the bonnet and bonnet was open in the box, the display side of the bonnet may have bended slightly during transportation, I had to press down one side of the car bonnet until it finally fully closed. Luckily nothing too major.

the lorry looks great. its just the delivery time and very poor tracking though evri. but racking through china good. some confusion (our FAULT) would use joom again. very good service once we knew order on way

Completely the wrong item sent. Support chat does not work, support email does not work, Absolutely no way of getting a refund. AVOID!!!!!!!!

Car is very sturdy but one of the lights is not working on the back otherwise a strong car
