I waited nearly 3 weeks for this topper to come i only ordered because they had a 33 cm which i picked , it was more expensive than the the 25 cm , well they have sent the 25 cm and it was £50 its no use to me also its the lighter blonde one not the shade i chose to say i was peeved is an understatement so i thought id go to the trouble of getting a return qr code then go to my local evri shop to send it back like i do with temu and shein , and get a full refund , well its not like that first of all i cant find any way to do that on the app and when i ‘ google ‘ it , it says get on to customer service and they will tell you an address to send it to and im presuming you have to pay yourself , can i have a refund please its the wrong length its 25 cm not 33 and its also a lot lighter shade of blonde from the photo i ordered . ive just been on customer support to Mark it said i told him can i have a refund because ive been sent the wrong item , explained why and he didnt reply back so what do i do now !? Eventually customer support got back asked me to send photos which i did , i am told my request will be answered in 24 hrs , i have been offered a partial refund which i have accepted
