The device arrived completely broken (broken plastic parts on the upper white part). Too bad, I can't use it anymore. Very poor quality, not recommended. The quality of some items has gotten increasingly worse.

Was simply placed on the outdoor mailbox, exposed to the weather and possible "finders".

The product doesn't work.. How can I return it and request a refund?

Received the order. It was packed in a navel and a postal package. The kit includes only a cord from the device to USB, no nozzles. I tried it right away. It is convenient that you can use either batteries or a power bank. Removes the top layer well, does not hurt the skin, stops if you press hard. It does not make a hole. Among the disadvantages - the length of the cord is not enough for me, I need to transfer the power bank. In general, I was very satisfied.

😡😡😡 Outraged. Although the machine works, it is badly scratched. It seems that it is not new and someone regularly used it before me. I will add a photo, although the photo does not show all the scratches. I didn't take it for myself, so it's insulting that the machine is damaged.

At first, I started rooting because I thought it wasn't working (I tried it from the charging block), and then I tried directly to the USB port on the computer and it started spinning like crazy. There are no batteries in the set, I will insert an additional review.

It arrived in three weeks, everything is as described. Requires 4 AA batteries. I haven't used it, but I plan to in the near future. I recommend I put the batteries in and it started working immediately, I remove 2 stars for the fact that the shutdown does not work.
