This eyeshadow creates a luminous eye look with two different textures of sparkle that resemble a spark crashing. It features delicate color pearls that shimmer in the electrical color and large, prominent glitter for a dazzling shine, in a set of two colors: Flash Glitter and Electrical Color.

How to Use: 1. Take the electrical color (left) on your finger and lightly spread it over the entire upper eyelid. 2. Take the flash glitter (right) on your finger and layer it over the electrical color, extending it onto the eyelid.

It can also be used on other areas such as cheeks, nose bridge, earlobes, and collarbones for a highlight effect that enhances dimension and glamour.
