Overvoltage protection OVP threshold: default 25.0V (adjustable between 1.5V-25.0V)
LCD Display.
Under normal mode, the LCD screen displays load input voltage and load temperature on the upper line; load current, power, capacity and discharge time on the lower line.
In protection mode, the LCD displays the protection code.
In setup mode, the LCD screen displays each setup parameter code and parameter threshold.
Load Current Adjustment.
The size of discharge current can be adjusted by potentiometer.
Sound and light alarm.
When the load is turned on, the RUN indicator light is always on and the buzzer does not sound; when the load is turned off, the RUN indicator light is not on and the buzzer does not sound. When it enters the protection mode, the buzzer emits a drop alarm sound and the RUN indicator light flashes.
Intelligent fan cooling.
Automatically activated when the load discharge power is more than 10W or the load temperature is more than 40° Celsius.
Automatic counting of discharge capacity and discharge time.
As long as the load is turned on (RUN indicator light is always on), the statistics will start, and when the load is turned off (RUN indicator light is not on), the statistics will stop, the statistics support power-down storage, there is only one way to clear the statistics, that is to long press the key - when the LCD screen displays the discharging capacity or discharging time. Before starting the statistics, please clear the statistics first. Maximum discharge capacity (OAH) and maximum discharge time (OHP) can be set on or off in the setting mode, and when it is on, you can set the threshold size, and the load will be turned off automatically when it exceeds the threshold value, so as to realize the unattended discharge experiment.
Perfect hardware and software protection mechanism, and the software protection threshold can be adjusted. After software protection, the output is turned off.
Hardware protection.
Module power supply port and load input port are protected against reverse connection.
Software Protection.
OVP over-voltage protection (default 25.5V, can be set by yourself, after over-voltage protection, the RUN indicator will blink and the LCD interface will display OVP).
OCP overcurrent protection (default 4.10A/5.10A, can be set by yourself, after overcurrent protection, RUN indicator blinks, LCD displays OCP).
OPP over power protection (default 25.5W/35.5W, can be set by yourself, after over power protection, RUN indicator flashes, LCD flashes OPP) ;OTP over temperature protection (load temperature can be set by yourself, after over temperature protection, RUN indicator flashes, LCD flashes OPP)
OTP over-temperature protection (load temperature greater than 80 ° C, over-temperature protection, RUN indicator blinking, LCD flashes OTP).
LVP under-voltage protection (default 1.5V, can be set by yourself, after under-voltage protection, RUN indicator flashes, LCD shows LVP, in battery discharge test and other applications, set the appropriate LVP, can effectively prevent the battery from over-discharging, so as not to damage the battery)
The load is turned off by default, press ON/SET to start or turn off after power on.
All settable parameters can be stored by power down
