EVANS takes on a new challenge! The 'dB One' Cymbal & Drumhead, which achieves REDUCED VOLUME, is now available!

The 'dB One' is an unprecedented drumhead that allows free playing on a drum set with significantly controlled volume compared to a standard drum set with regular drumheads. It maintains the touch and feel of an acoustic drum set, as well as a reliable pitch and drum sound, while achieving approximately 80% volume reduction, enabling conversation nearby.

■ dB One Drumheads This is a drumhead that allows playing on a drum set with much more controlled volume than a typical drum set with standard drumheads. By balancing with resonant heads, you can adjust pitch and volume, faithfully reproducing the kit's tone while reducing volume by about 80% compared to regular drumheads, yet still reproducing full-volume sound.

・dB One Snare Heads These are snare heads treated with wire-free Snare Sim processing. Snare Sim involves a laser-cut 12mil film placed in a two-layer structure underneath. When struck under tension, it greatly reduces the impact force that would produce sound with the ShockWave mesh head on top, while recreating a buzz similar to snare wires and character when the strainer is on.
