Product Introduction
This is a Roden 1/32 scale Siemens-Schuckert D.3 biplane fighter model kit from the German Air Force during World War I.
Developed by Siemens-Schuckert, this fighter was designed to utilize their new Siemens-Halske Sh.III engine.
Initially, a prototype called the D.II made its first flight in June 1917, and the production model, the D.III, was deployed in December 1917.
It was a highly capable aircraft with excellent maneuverability and climb rate.
Decals are included.
