The KATO M2 Master 2 Endless Track Set (20-853) is a complete N gauge starter layout featuring an endless loop with a passing siding, designed for easy setup and future expansion. Built around KATO’s highly regarded UNITRACK system, this set offers reliable performance, flexibility, and beginner-friendly assembly while meeting the expectations of experienced modelers.
By adopting R315 curved tracks, the layout supports the operation of Shinkansen train models, allowing smooth running even for longer, high-speed formations. The included Power Pack Standard SX provides stable, high-output control suitable for long train sets, ensuring consistent operation across the layout.
This Master 2 set includes a passing siding with electric No.6 turnouts (left and right), enabling train meets and operational variety. With the addition of KATO’s V Track Set Series, the layout can be expanded into a wide range of configurations to suit different spaces and operating styles. A plan variation guide is included to assist with layout development and expansion ideas.
