Analog input: AVI: 0-10V/0-20mA (voltage signal/current signal, used for frequency setting)
Analog output: AO1: 0-10V (can indicate voltage signal, operating frequency, output current, etc.)
Relay output: TA/TB/TC， One normally open and one normally closed
Open collector output: 1 channel, Y
Control features: V/F control, built-in PID, built-in RS485
Note: The U, V, and W output terminals of VFD can only be connected to the motor, and no devices can be connected in between.VFD cannot be used as a power source, let alone supply power to other devices.
Safety Precaution
1.The usage environment should be free of explosive gases, otherwise there is a risk of explosion.
2.The selected power supply voltage must be the same as the VFD input voltage specification.
3.For single-phase motors, it is recommended to remove the capacitor before use.
4.The parameters of VFD have been optimized before leaving the factory. Please adjust them appropriately according to the required functions.
5.Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and upkeep should be carried out by professional electrical engineering personnel.
6.It is strictly prohibited to modify or replace control boards and parts without authorization.
7.Before powering on, please carefully check and ensure that the wiring is correct.
8.Please do not install switch devices such as air switches and contactors on the output end, otherwise it may cause VFD failure and component damage.
9.Do not remove the cover during VFD operation to prevent injury caused by induced electricity.
10.Please make sure to consider the allowable speed range for vibration, noise, motor bearings, and mechanical devices.
