Note:
1. The Difference Between the Split Port and the Same Port: The default charging current of the split port is 8A, and the positive and negative poles of charging and discharging must be separated; the charging current and discharging current of the same port are the same, and the charging and discharging are at the same positive and negative level.
2. Without Equalization and with Equalization: Equalization is to discharge the high voltage cells with resistors during charging, and wait for the low voltage cells to charge up the voltage to achieve the consistency of each voltage and improve the performance of the entire battery pack.
3. Before installing the protection board, the batteries must be well matched (the voltage difference of each battery is not more than 0.05V, the internal resistance difference is not more than 5 milliohm, and the capacity difference is less than 30mAh). The better the battery consistency, the farther the distance can be run. The working performance of the protection board is better.
4. The batteries should be connected in parallel and then connected in series, and ensure that the welding is correct (1865o batteries are spot welded with nickels plates, and other batteries are welded with solder). Do not use screws, it is easy to burn out the IC of the protection board.
