About Our Custom Sneakers：
Custom sneakers originated from the DIY culture of streetwear enthusiasts. In the early days, sneaker lovers would purchase classic plain sneakers and revamp their appearance with decorative accessories, simple hand-painting, and more. This allowed them to showcase their unique personal style and avoid identical mass-produced footwear. As this personalized trend gained more and more popularity, professional sneaker customizers came into the scene to meet the growing demand.
Customizers use 100% genuine, brand-new authentic branded sneakers as the creative base. Without altering the original shoe's core structure, technical performance, or wearing comfort, they recreate each piece through professional techniques such as recoloring, airbrushing, dip-dyeing, embroidery, and accessory modification to deliver uniquely styled remake items. These designs endow ordinary mass-produced sneakers with exclusive aesthetics and personalized expression.
Shopping & Care Instructions：
1.Handmade custom sneakers come with natural subtle differences. Minor color variations and slight detail discrepancies are not considered quality defects.
2.Custom sneakers support daily wearing and cleaning. Please avoid rough wear, scratches from sharp objects, and contact with high-concentration organic solvents.
3.Avoid hard brushes, chemical bleaches or stain removers during care, as these will cause paint fading on custom sneakers.
4.Do not soak the shoes for extended periods or wash them in a washing machine. Air dry in a cool, ventilated spot after cleaning and do not expose to direct intense sunlight.

Right from the source of brand cooperation, HELANCO has established a nearly rigorous quality control system. We only collaborate with brand owners or authorized distributors that have passed strict qualification reviews. For each batch of products, complete documents such as customs declarations, quality inspection reports, and brand authorization letters must be provided to ensure that the hidden dangers of counterfeit goods are eliminated from the upstream of the supply chain.
Before warehousing, a professional quality control team will conduct multi-dimensional verification of the products: checking packaging details, inspecting anti-counterfeiting marks, sampling and testing product ingredients (for categories such as cosmetics, mother and baby products)... They will even conduct cross-verification through official brand channels, leaving no possible problematic doubts unaddressed. We firmly believe that only by ensuring that every product reaching consumers can stand up to scrutiny can we truly eliminate everyone's concerns.
