Product Introduction
FTF "1/72 Polish TKD 47mm Self-Propelled Gun" plastic model kit.
Based on the Polish light tank TK-3, this open-top self-propelled gun is equipped with the experimental 47mm wz.25 gun (1925 model).
Four prototypes were built in 1932. The "D" stands for "cannon."
The fighting compartment armor (except for the gun mantlet) is made of soft iron.
The gun itself was rejected due to its poor anti-tank capabilities, and the vehicle was not put into mass production.
It was deployed in the occupation of the Zaolzie region during the breakup of the Czech Republic in 1938.
Includes the actual vehicle and a booklet (in Polish) on the Polish campaign. It also contains numerous photographs, so even those who cannot read will enjoy it.
