Orange 1 is a set of two Kiha 20s in the standard JNR diesel railcar color, known as the "general color" (orange + cream).
The packaging consists of two clear cases inside a specially designed presentation box commemorating the 60th anniversary. Each of the four cars features a different nostalgic packaging design inside the clear cases.
The powered car (Kiha 25) in each set includes a reproduction "inspection certificate."
The front hood is reproduced in black, the undercarriage is gray, and the bogies are black.
