How to Use
Open the cap by twisting it as shown in the image. ●When using for the first time, twist the cap several times to evenly distribute the powder inside the cap over the entire tip before use. ●Spread the powder evenly over the lower eyelid to create a plumper, fuller look under your eyelids. For a more pronounced effect, rotate the cap several times to apply a generous amount of powder to the tip. After use, tighten the cap while rotating. Leaving the cap open will prevent the powder from adhering. If the tip or the screw part of the cap becomes dirty, gently wipe it off with a tissue.
