They're also recommended for warming up and warding off cold. They're also used to relieve discomfort, swelling, and fatigue from sports like ballet. Their popularity stems from the incorporation of raw Beitou stone, the same stone used in Tamagawa Onsen's Ganbanyoku. Beitou stone emits far-infrared rays, renowned for its properties in Ganbanyoku, as well as negative ions at the same level as forest bathing. We recommend wearing them before bed. They can also be worn during the day. Note: During the Kenmaru processing process, iron marks are inevitably left on the product.
