Khaled Hosseini
novelist Haled Hosseini was born in 1980 and went into political exile in the US with his family after his hometown was invaded by the Soviet Union. After studying medicine and working as a in California until 2004, I dedicated myself to writing. He has published books such as “The Kid Who Chases a Kite” and “A Thousand Splendid Suns,” and was appointed as a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations Refugee Organization in 2006, and established the non-profit organization Khaled Hosseini Foundation in 2008 to provide humanitarian assistance to the people of Afghanistan.
