Disappointed. Item described as warm like hoodies. The material is thin like a tee shirt. Also hanged completely different. On the seen picture it is a fuller designe . This one was clingy to the body. I ordered a XL as well. D. Potter

The glasses were described as "real glass lens", but the delivered lenses are acrylic. Joom's refund process is a joke. You cannot find it on the web, so you have to download their app. Even then it is not easy to find.

I don't know what to make of this. It was a bit of a shock when I opened it, the item was about 6"by 3" was expecting something a little bit bigger. Haven't used it yet.

I love it the image so well done and the blanket is so soft, even softer than my Nagisa Shiota blanket

Was expecting a bigger cleaning cloth it's 6" by 3". I haven't used it yet but will post when I do.

Very good quality product and exact prescription thank you

I order it black And I receive it brown.

Good,the right size.
