Description

G-SHOCK, which has pursued toughness since its launch in 1983 and celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2023, presents the limited edition "G-SHOCK 40th Anniversary Clear Remix" series. Inspired by a reimagining of popular G-SHOCK models, this watch utilizes clear parts to achieve an unprecedented sense of transparency. The base design is based on the DW-6900 front button. This special edition commemorates the 40th anniversary with a skeletonized band, case, dial, and LCD. The skeleton case is made of transparent glass fiber Diaamide, a first for the watch. The case back also features the 40th anniversary logo by Eric Haze, who also designed the G-SHOCK 25th, 30th, and 35th anniversary logos. The band ring and clasp are engraved with a star symbol representing the number "40," further adding to the limited edition design. Note: Due to the special vapor deposition process applied to the glass, the color gradation may vary from one watch to another. Also, depending on the angle at which you view the watch, the dial may be difficult to see.
