Product Description: 2400H High Anto™ I'm from Black Rice Toner is made with black rice grown in the precious Jindo region. This two-step formula balances oil and water, absorbing naturally into the skin for a non-sticky, hydrating finish. Fermented black rice water and black calming hyaluronic acid soothe and replenish moisture, leaving skin soft, radiant, and moisturized.

How to Use: Shake well before use. Apply to face with a cotton pad or gently pat with your fingertips until absorbed.
