A set of tie pin (Tps-055) and cufflinks (Tps-056) from TAVARAT, an Osaka-based men's accessories brand. These geometric tie pins and cufflinks have different levels, widths, and angles, and their appearance changes depending on the angle from which you view them. The top section has a satin finish, while the diagonal section has a mirror finish. The two different expressions and geometric patterns create a strong accent within the simplicity. Each piece is carved out of brass at our factory in Osaka. The surface is cut in half, with the upper section satin-finished and the lower section cut at an angle to create a mirror finish. The resulting tie pin (Tps-055) and cufflinks (Tps-056) have a mysterious shape that changes its appearance as the reflection changes depending on the angle from which you view them. Made in Osaka The products are manufactured at a metal processing factory in Osaka. Using an industrial technique called milling, each piece of brass is cut into shape, but due to the unique shape, fine adjustments are required, and after many samples, the finished product is finally complete. The tie pins and cufflinks have a rugged feel that can only be achieved with milling, something that cannot be achieved with die-casting or diamond cutting.
